Well I could not resist and opened a bottle of the Blackberry I had just bottled a couple weeks ago.  It's over a year old (aged in the carboy) and it tastes…wonderful ahhh!  I guess it was worth the waiting.  Hopfully they will all just keep getting better and better from here on out.  I am going to try the Pomegranite Blackcherry mead tonight.  It is a little younger by two or three months.
