5 Gallons—Black Cherry in carboy (my 1rst @ 1yr old now)This was made using organic juice concentrate and 12lbs of wildflower honey with Red Star Champagne Yeast and the juice was an afterthought thrown in the secondary. I have since lost 1.5 gallons of this to ummmm "testing" oops I mean evaporation yeah thats it. 🙂
