5 Gallons—Pomegranate in carboy (my 2nd @ 10 months)This was made using organic juice concentrate and 13lbs of wildflower honey the yeast used was liquid Sweet Mead Yeast all in the primary.  After this had been racked a few times, gone completely still, and was (I thought) completely clear I used my minijet filter pump with #2 filters and racked it to another carboy…what a difference!  It was like night and day.  The mead was so much clearer and shiny we were just amazed.  No noticable loss of taste or body that I could tell.
