5 Gallons— Pomegranate + Black Cherry in carboy (my 3rd @ 6 months) This was made using organic juice concentrate and 15lbs of wildflower honey the yeast used was Sweet Mead Yeast all in the primary. Can you see a pattern developing?  What can I say I like pomegranate.  This is the last of the juice concentrate meads.  Now that I have a little more confidence I have moved on to fresh fruits etc.
