11 qts Filetered Water

9 Pounds Orange Blosom Honey

2 Pounds Wildflower Honey

12 oz Wild Black Rasberry

1 tsp Citric Acid

Heated water and honey to 190 for 20 minutes, skimmed impurities

Rinsed frozen berries in camden water and placed in cheese cloth bag in bottom of primary bucket.  Poured Must on top of berries.


Cooled to 75 degrees

Pitched White Labs 720 Sweet mead yeast.
