It's soooo hard to be patient and let this stuff age out (sigh).   

We just joined Got Mead as patrons and are mead novices who after some help and prodding by a couple of friends (a little over a year ago), and after the consumption of mass qtys of mead, dove in head first and have not come up for air. 

We tend to be a pinch of this and a pinch of that style brewers(mazers?) and as such have not written anything down.  We are not so much worried about being able to duplicate any paticular batch as we are just having fun doing it.  Actually this is more a result of my kids "liberating" our spiral notebook and using it for drawing in/school work etc and loosing it before we realized what had happened .
