hello so I decided to make a 20%+ berry mead on 08/27/22, in which I used 1 full gallon of water with 6 lbs of honey with an additional 4lbs of cherries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, the starting gravity of just the honey water was 1.150 after getting the starting gravity I added the berries and cherries then pitched my yeast which consisted of re hydrated k1V-1116 wine yeast since then I have added fermaid o, and go ferm to the mead as directed from the (meadmaderight) tonsa calculator but even after 36 hours I have yet so get any bubbling or any smell from the 2 gallon bucket its being kept in ive triple checked the buckets top to make sure that there wasn't a leak anywhere but couldn't find anything wrong, could I have not used enough yeast for the mead, the yeast looked the same as the first time i made mead so I don't think that i killed the yeast with hot water as the temperature was around 90°. Any and all help would be appreciated thank you
