Putting this here because it's not really a mead.

I experimented with the following recipe and people love it :

2.5 Gallons white grape juice
3.0 Gallons apple juice

Ferment dry, stabilize, and backsweeten with honey to 1.010.

Bottles clear in about 5 weeks from start.
