How long should D47 take to ferment? Should I prepare for a stall now?

I started exactly one week ago today. The original gravity was about 1.12

After 2-3 days it was only between 1.10 and 1.11 but was bubbling quite good.

now a week after pitch and I’m between 1.05 and .06. Still bubbling pretty good but not at peak or anything

3 gallon batch
Added 1tsp fermtex nutrient at pitch
Then every 12-48 hours or so I put in halves and quarter tsp’s until now I’m at about 3-4tsp total
For the first 3 or so days I opened and shook it semi often

I used deer park water and d47 yeast. No starter, full pack right in the must. I have the AC on at 65-68

should I prepare for a Stall?

A drop off 0.01 daily, when it is chewing along, is about what you're looking to accomplish. Seems to me you're still on track. Keep an eye on the SG and my guess is that it will keep trucking along.

Your nitrogen addition and yeast pitch could use some refinement
