Ok so I'm considering organizing a mead tasting for a group of friends and relatives. And I need some experienced advice. What is the best way to set this up? Should I start with simple traditional meads and melomels and work toward more complex offerings? How should I coach my attendees on the tasting process? How much should I serve? How many varieties can I expect to serve before the feedback starts to degrade into...other distractions? Lol.
I'd appreciate any advice, even anecdotal.
