So I was reading through this tome and they describe a lot of yeasties. Where can you get "normal" quantities of these buggers? Scott Labs has an order form for 10kgs of yeast, but realistically, how can homebrewers keep that quantity viable over time?

Do you know the shelf life of these guys in the fridge?
