I have too much commercial mead!!

It’s a good problem to have. I’ve begun stockpiling mead so that when mine has aged a little and is ready to bottle, I can make some comparisons to commercial stuff, take notes, develop my palate, and ultimately get some inspiration for my own stuff.

I drank some before I took this picture, but I just got back from the carry-out and this is the most I’ve ever had at one time. I’m super excited, especially to try the Schramm.

That's a pretty nice selection you've got there, Devin. I've never tried any of those. Which one are you looking forward to trying the most?
