Has anyone used bitters, like the ones used in cocktails, to flavour their meads? I have access to some made by a local company using all natural ingredients.
Any advice welcome.

I drank one of my first meads when it was a week or so old, before it cleared. It was... rough. So I drank it with soda water and bitters, which brought it up to "okay, I guess".
When I think about adding a lot of stuff to a mead, I have to pause to ask myself "why am I making this with mead, a relatively expensive alcohol, instead of, say, making a cocktail or infused spirit?"
