Has anyone tried this? The bottle I recieved was not very good. It could have been a decent mead if it hadn't been bottled to soon( Fermentation still going on ). It was cloudy, yeasty, and sparkling which is not a good example of a dry still traditional mead.

The lable states that their meads are unfiltered,they limit the use of sulfites,and they only heat when neccessary over a wood fire. The meadery is located in Dugspur,VA
