Has anyone had any experience using them?

I finally finished bottling and have been letting the 25 finished bottles of Brewferm Dubbel sit, and it's well. I know that admittedly I am drinking it before it has the two months to condition...but as of being a month old (started on 3/28) it feels very watery in the mouth and very lacking in mouthfeel. The taste is more akin to a watery taste. The SG did go down as mentioned in the instructions. Is this simply a lack of time to condition?

The part that is killing me is that I cannot conclusively remember if I added the 500g of dextrose during primary fermentation. The ABV when finished was at 1.010 as stated in directions, but it would have ended that low if I completely forgot to include it?

My last question. I don't have the space capable of staying at 10C(50F) during the spring/summer now. Will it be ruined being kept at 68F and 72F? I split the bottles into the two coolest rooms in the house that I have, is there some other way of doing this?

Edit: If anyone wants to get a bottle shipped so they can test how badly i botched this, let me know. :P

Can't say that I've ever used a kit to make beer, I usually make up recipes on the spot with the guys down at the brewing store.

I regularly store beer in bottles in my basement (64-68), with no ill effects for up to a year now.

Malta Dextrose? That probably would have helped with mouth feel, along with head retention.
