Hi fellow mazzers,
I am planning to bottle/ferment this batch:

I bought some dextrose, the bottles are ready.
However, I got two doubts:
1. The amount of dextrose - I have about 5 liters of cyser, how much would be enough? I am using beer bottles so if I read the NewBee guide correctly, I need 2 to 3 teaspoons of dextrose for the whole batch.
2. Should I dissolve the dextrose in some water? I suppose yes, but just to be sure.
3. Should I add any more yeast? The cyser is dry (gravity cca 1000) and it was made a long time ago?
Thanks for the advice!
