My favorite brewery has just won the gold for
Category 45, Belgian-Style Tripel, 30 entries, the Gold was awarded to Dragonmead Microbrwery for Final Absolution.
This was gold in the World Beer Cup. Sorry beer geek here, It is one of the most important world beer competitions.
Anyways, the brewery is in Warren, Mi. And Final Absolution is their flagship beer, one of the few beers they bottle. They are an awsome brewery with usually at least 28 beers on tap! Ironicaly there is no mead served here
But they have gotten their small winery liscenece and their should be mead soon.
So if you see some Dragonmead at the store or are in the Detroit area I highly reccomend this place. If you like belgians order a Final and you will love this place!
