Hi, I'm a newbie and I'm also Spanish, sorry for my way of speaking, you didn't speak English. Where I live there is a lot of eucalyptus tree, my question is if I make classic mead, which is better to add to the fermenter so that it has that touch of eucalyptus, the leaves or the big seed?
 
I’ve never seen the seed pods used for anything other than growing more trees, so would think leaves are the better option. That is what the essential oil is extracted from. You can get eucalyptus honey also that has a more subtle flavour.
