I have to say, I like it. It's sweet but not cloying. The bottle I opened had a very faint tingle... residual carbonation, maybe? Great legs, and the nose is floral. Nice honey after notes. Give me high hopes for when I can brew some of my own with local wildflower honey.

I'm not sure if you guys are turning me into a mead snob or an alcoholic. ;D
