So we started a mead close to two weeks ago and forgot to take the inital reading. What do we do now?
 
Use math to estimate an initial reading based on the amount of honey and water you used. There are some example calculations in the newbee guide or you can use the mead calculator if you can get it to work for you. Then start taking measurements now so you have an idea of where it is in the process
