I am sure that this has been done here before, but perhaps it needs to be done again.

I live in Louisiana, which tends to enjoy high fees and taxes on the large amounts of alcohol that we consume here in the 'City that Care Forgot'. Trying to get mead from various meaderies (particularly from Brad at B.Nektar) found this site to try and ease the restrictions between states on moving wines.
