Hello all,

Its been awhile sense i have posted here. Most of my fermenting has gone incredibly well and i have some really tasty year old batches just coming into there own.

Recently i started a new 5 gal batch using 18 lbs of wild flower honey. After primary fermentation was complete i racked 2.5 gal into one carboy and added 1lb strawberries 12oz black berries 12oz raspberries. After one week i racked again. Its been 4 days and im starting to see some fruit remains being held in suspension in the carboy. Is this an issue? Do i need to filter using cheese cloth?
Or should i just wait for the debris to settle as it ages out.

The yeast are still at work all be it much slower (if that helps).

Thanks for any advice!
