"Oh Crap" I thought, I must have spilled recently when taking a reading at some point because initialy, I was trying to figure out why it was wet on the carpet below the jug but then immediately after racking off the lees into a temporary container and starting to rinse, I had a gallon jug in two separate Pieces EEkKK!

Visions of glass and mead spills dancing through my head I am very glad that I was racking today but also quite stressed ... went to a bit of trouble to get that jar darn it! My boyfriends not sure why im so stressed the thought of all that mead lost!

I hope the mead will be ok…

Stressed Tsuchi ???
