It would be nice for the TTB to recognize mead as it's own separate entity. I want to see more commercial braggots but it's a little hard when they label it a beer product. Will the TTB ever allow meaderies to produce braggots or will you always need a brewery? I had Costa Rica Meadery's Chichomel which was absolutely delicious but since it's overseas I'm sure they can get passed the red tape.
