That's the last of it! Everything is bottled. The plain is also good, but it honestly might benefit from a bit more sugar. As it is, it's a bit strong on the sour side and dries the mouth out a bit. I'm going to have a few friends taste test these either this Friday or the near future, I'll bring my hydrometer and some sugar too. If I can just get this one perfected, I think I will have a real candidate for a commercial product one day. I just have to make it better than Mike's hard lemonade in some respects, and I think the fact that it's actual, fermented lemon juice could be a strong selling point.

I will post taste testing results when I get 'em :)

My list isn't near as long as CG's, but I really do want to make hard lemonade one of these days. Last fall I drank some cranberry lemonade, and it was so good I forgot it had some alcohol in it.

Until I stood up. I'm such a lightweight. :)

I got encouraging feedback on this last night. The general concensus was that the plain lemonade was excellent as is, and the raspberry lemonade was also very well received, though it was thought it could have used a little more raspberry. I did only add .177 gallons raspberry concentrate to 1 gallon lemonade, though, so I'm sure it could have benefited from more.
