Well my meads all bottled. after about a month of primary and secondary fermentation. couldnt help myself but i cracked one open. not bad. still hasnt cleared. needs ageing.

question...Its SLLLLIGHT fizzy. like it was a little flat.

did I bottle too early? no bottle bombs as of yet.

still a lil bit of sediment at the bottom of the bottles.

recipe. 2kgs honey
2 and half tsp baking yeast.
1 gal water
25 or so raisins.

If its still cloudy then you've bottled too early.......

Any fizziness means its likely still got some sort of fermentation activity going on. Maybe not bottle bombs yet......give it time !

I'd get it back into a fermenter and leave it be too clear.......
