A request to the professionals out there:
I am in the developmental stages of starting my own meadery, here in AZ. I have filed to register as a LLC with the state last week as well as have been working on the business plan. Also, I have done quite a bit of research involving the required licensing; federal and state, so I am familiar and up to speed on those requirements.
My request is; I'm trying to make contact with some of the other working meaderies. I could use some guidance on the financial side of my business plan and also the tricks on the larger volumes. I would love to be able to possibly converse, via email or phone, with you and hopefully glean some "tricks of the trade" or avoid land mines that they have experienced in your ventures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Look forward to speaking with you all.
