I have a cyser BOMM that's been sitting in primary for about 40 days that I planned on bottle conditioning.

I probably won't get to racking it until this weekend at the earliest, but I would still really like to bottle condition it. By the time it's ready to bottle, will the yeast in it still be viable, or will I need to add some EC-1118 in there to take care of the carbonation?

I've bottle conditioned ciders after 4 months in secondary with no problems. 40 days is nothing.

I figured it'd be ok. I've had a cyser BOMM fail to carbonate before, though, after 42 days (13 primary, 29 secondary - cold crashed last 5 days).
