One of my favorite restaurants is in the process of adding a small micro-brewery to their offerings. They want to offer 6-8 beers, the same number of wines.....maybe more, and a few mead. Now the interesting part, the owners have samples some of my wines and mead and have expressed interest in bringing me on board with their licensing. I've explained I am merely a newbee to wine and mead making, but they've loved everything I've let them sample and want more! Has anyone else been able to turn a hobby into additional income, advise/pitfalls/etc. The restaurant has said they will take care of licensing and all....but I would get my name on the label.
