I Wish they all could be California MeadWenches!

Wonder if the Beach boys could make that work.....

Wow I'm stoked about this! I live very close to Rabbit's Foot and I even emailed Mike Faul inquiring about positions a few months ago. I don't have the manufacturing experience they are asking for, but I do have experience driving a delivery truck.

That would be a cool job... I wonder what kind of money you can make. Too bad I live in Michigan, I could use a full time job again!

Jon.

Hi Jon, and welcome to the mess!

There are a couple meaderies, and many wineries in MI (I should know, I grew up there!). I don't know what part of the state you live in, but check out here for meaderies:

and here for wineries:

You never know 'til you ask, right? Heck, I tossed off a perfectly good job to work on Gotmead full time, so now I do the site, and will be traveling all over the US visiting meaderies and doing reviews. Doesn't pay so great, but the bennies are awesome!

Vicky - hoping to get all the pages into the new layout this week.......

I grew up in Onekama, on the west side, about an hour south of Traverse City. I went to college at Michigan Tech in Houghton, and then moved to Grand Rapids for a year, then Flint (ech) for 3 years before my hubby's company transferred us south. I'm near Raleigh, NC now, since 1996. I try to hit wineries in TC when I go home summers (usually late June/early July) to visit my family and take some time off from the Southern heat to hang out at the cabin my folks have on a small lake up there.
