First of all, I don't have the space or capability to experiment making my own. I joined this forum to find out if there are any members here that are from Canada, who can give me some useful information on the mead market here.

Specifically, I'd like to know if there is ANYONE in the Ottawa area that brews mead privately or publicly. I've already done plenty of research to see if there's anywhere to buy locally. I'm not interested in buying from a meadery 6 hours drive away. Not happening.

Any help?
