Hello-

I am a traditional mead maker who has been crafting mead since 1996. My wife recently got her dream job and has to be available 24/7, so I had to leave my job and watch kids. I have extra time and access to a free commercial kitchen and storage to start a meadery. Before I sell my 1957 GMC pickup to get my seed money, I need some advice. I have several questions about the startup process (licencing) and equipment that I did not see in posts and thought a mentor would be better than posting 20 questions on the boards. I tried reaching out to several members but most people here mailboxes are are full and cannot receive new mail.
