Mead calculator - does target volume include both sugars and water?

In the Mead Calculator, if it tells me 6.25 gallon target volume, is that the sweeteners plus 6.25 gallons of water?

Or does it mean add enough water to the sweeteners to make 6.25 gallons?
 
haha thanks! After punching in some more test numbers, I think it does mean total volume including sugars and water. Which is good, that's what I suspected it meant.

The calculator is pretty slick. I can use 20 lbs of honey or 200 lbs of cantaloupe haha. I don't think I can fit that much cantaloupe in my fermenter though.
