I wish I could come, but its a 2 hour drive and I have some work to finish (mea culpa).
Another time then! We should plan perhaps a special NC mead tasting event?
 
Wish I had read this earlier. I stopped by American Brewmaster on my way to a dinner to pick up some stuff and saw the announcment on the door. Missed it by 3 hours. I was lucky though Mark knew I made mead and he still had half a bottle of the mulled apple mead y'all left there. Got myself a nice glass of it. It was great. Very smooth and nice apple finish. Smelled a bit hot but it wasn't.

Heard you were there too Vicky, would have loved to sample your rose petal mead again.

Sorry we missed you! Mark and I talked about doing another demo sometime soon.
We'll also be organizing another "mead party" to take place in the triangle in the next few months. I'll post info here, when we finalize the details!

Yeah, we're gonna *have* to! The Peach Mel we pitched is bubbling along at 1 per second right now! I figure it'll be through the first ferment by the time I get back from Pennsic.....
