I'd like to make some cordial for Pennsic this summer.

Problem is, I usually make cinnamon, clove, or a combo of the two, and my wife doesn't like them. She says they taste too mediciny.

She loves mint and mint schnapps, and a buddy of mine has a huge patch of mint growing in her yard that I'm welcome to, so I was thinking about doing a mint cordial.

Anyone ever done this? Care to share your recipe?

I'm planning on doing a vodka infusion, and basically just need insite into the mint/vodka ratio and how long to leave the leaves in.

Thanks.

Would you like another recipe for mint cordial? I make a very fine mint liqueur using dried mint leaves (from a mint tea bag!).
