Has anyone used "the "Mostly Mesquite Honey" from Trader Joe's?

What kind of mead did you make with it?
 
That's what I used in the traditional I'm bringing to our Front Range Mazers Sit and Sip (shameless plug) Saturday. It is a year old in 14 days. I think you might like it.
