I see the term must used in newbees guide but it is not explained in the termonology (chapter 5)
So my question is what ingredients are in must?

As you can tell I'm a newbee

Welcome to GotMead!

Must is the unfermented (or not fully fermented) sugar-containing liquid that is turned into Mead or wine. With mead, it contains Honey, water, and may have other additives such a nutrients. In Winemaking, it is the juice (and pulp where appropriate) of the grapes.

EDIT - That glossary function is cool. :)
