Hi,

My husband and I are working on opening a meadery- we're in Texas - and we'd love advice on the best equipment: our desire is to start small 2bbl - 5bbl - and this has thrown a wrench into figuring out the best boiler set up. We'd love to have at least a partially automated system, but we've been unable to find suppliers for this small an operation.
Any advice?

Let me suggest that, rather than re-directing this discussion thread (a.k.a. "hijacking"), you post your question under a new thread topic in the "Pros" section of the forum, since that is where it will likely get the most views from folks who are running their own pro operations. Hi, wrohen. I can't help with commercial equipment, but what is the boiler for? Will you be heating your honey or sanitation? Thanks.
