Only started on 9/16 so its pretty new. But this doesnt really scream "drink me"
Will that clear?

recipe is....

2g of local, unfiltered, nonpasturized fresh pressed cider
3.75lbs honey
4 cin sticks
1/2 a nutmeg
1 tsp pectin enzyme, which i let set over night ~8 hours
then pitched D47 and yeast nutrient the next morning.

I've seen a LOT of baby puke in my day... this ain't close at all. This looks like a perfectly good start on a cyser to me. Unpasteurized apple cider doesn't start out clear. Give it time. (Disclaimer; I'm not one to pour a perfectly good glass of drink down the drain just because it's a little cloudy! :) )

hah yeah I wasn't about to toss it and I know it's early. Never used fresh cider before, so was curious what It looked liked compared to others. My plum doesn't look all that appetizing either ;)

Looks good to me.

I'm new to Meads but it seems Cyser goes through several color changes.

I have 2 batches of Cyser working right now and they looked like cider at first, then like orange juice for a week or two until the yeast started to settle.

Now they are clearing a little and starting to turn a nice amber coler.
