As you may know, this year we celebrated Benjamin Franklin's 300th birthday. www.beertown.com has published a recipe for a beer dedicated to this event and over 100 breweries participated, making this beer available during the month uf January.
I somehow managed to wait too long and was unable to find it in the local brewhouses, which convinced me that the only way to taste this reportedly great beer was if I brewed it myself. Fortunately, beertown.org is announcing the brew day and provides 3 recipes for that day, Poor Richard's Ale (extract formulation) being one of them ;D
