Greetings folks.

Just sampled my first dry mead and am astonished. It is so hard to describe.
A subtile amount of sweetness with a nice faint honey finish.
Much like a buttery chardoney, I think?
I must admit I was shocked at first being used to sweet mead but this grows on ya. Definitely a belly warmer too........

Will be trying the sweet mead tomorrow.
