OK, my first batch is at the sit and wait for it to age and clear stage.
I've GOT to do something to keep me from messing with it now.
I've got a couple of quarts of antique rose petals I gleaned from my favorite rose bush this Summer. I don't ever use chemicals on my roses, so I sealed them up and tossed them in the freezer.
I am aiming for a semisweet to sweet rhodomel in a 3 gallon batch.
Has anyone got a tried and proven recipe for me? I'll be running a 3 gallon batch. My local wine store is partial to Lalvin - and so far I am too, but I'm not set in stone on yeast type or brand.
Thanks in advance.
