Okay, call me crazy but...
As some of you may have noticed, I am in the process of starting a Wholesale Mead Distributor and Online Mead Retail Business in California.
It has always been my policy that I will not sell a mead that I haven't personally tasted and verified as being Yummy. (If not to me, than to somebody else.)
However, in the licensing chaos of the past few months, I seem to let my stash of Commerical Mead that needs to be tasted build up.
Since it looks like I may get the last of my licenses that I need within the next week, I need to hold a Mead Tasting to sample some of the Meads that I'm working with that weren't at the Meadfest last year. (I'm way too much of a lightweight to taste each bottle with just my partner Connie, and dumping the excess ought to be a sin.)
So if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area (or you're willing to drive to Fairfield, CA) and you want to sample some Commercial Mead, drop me an E-Mail at info@kwmeads.com.
With the funky weekend schedule I've got for the next 3 weeks, this will probably be on Monday, Thursday, or Friday Evening. So let me know what night is best.

Also, if you anyone has any advice on holding a Mead/Wine Tasting of this size, please let me know.
