yes i can i have access to the tanks and co2 was also wandering if i can just use the co2 set at low presure to push the mead out to transfer? what about the sediment in the bottom?
 
On soda kegs used to ferment, you will need to shorten the out tube so that it is off the bottom and above the sediment. With a shortened tube you can transfer with co2.

I also believe that you can actually carbonate a sweet mead using a soda keg and co2.
