I have some questions about a couple of the forms. I anyone else has any questions about the TTB application process feel free to add questions. Hopefully down the road I'll have some experience to help out.
I'm waiting for one more document and I'll be done with the state application. I should have started the TTB first. Some of the these forms are tricky.
I'm trying to fill out forms 5000.29 and 5000.30. These are the environmental considerations form and the water quality form. 5000.29 asks:
"Describe method of disposal of liquid waste. Describe any proposed means to monitor quality and characteristics, and any proposed equipment for treatment or control of wastes."
We are a small place and will have a septic tank and drain field. The bolded portion is what has me wondering. Am I supposed to test the drain field somehow? There will not be a bathroom in the facility and the only liquid waste will be water/sanitizer/handsoap and waste from the bottom of the fermenters.
I'll try calling and asking Tuesday once the offices open but I've got some time and would like to get this done.
