OK here it is. I currently make my mead in 5 gal. batches. I heat the must in a fairly economical 7 gal pot and ferment in glass carboys. If I were to go to the next level and upgrade equipment should I be looking at a larger brewpot and possibly a 50L (13 gal) aging tank. I have ambitions of one day starting a very small meadery out of my home. I have 2000 dollars burning a hole in my pocket. I've read the articles on GM about going pro, however, it was a little vague on equipment recommendations. Any suggestions on equipment would be a big help to me. Any help would be appreciated.
