Do you have a historical mead recipe that you've been able to document? I'd like to start an SCA/Historical Mead section on Gotmead, and am looking for relevant recipes. If you're willing to submit yours, please send it to gotmead@gotmead.com, and when I put up the re-write in the next couple months, you'll see a new section dedicated to the documentable history of mead, with your contribution.

Please send recipes along with your documentation, or post them here in the SCA forum.
