Ok y'all!!! I've been doin some experimenting with dry ale yeast...Nottingham n Windsor so far...The Nottingham had been a crowd pleaser so far...but i just finished a batch of Windsor...OH MY!!! Clear after 8 days from pitch!!!

3# great lakes clover (Amazon)
1/2 tsp. potassium carbonate
1 tsp. SNA ( 1:2 Fermaid K-DAP )
1 11g pk Windsor ale yeast

Rehydrate per instructions (w/1 tsp. GoFerm)

drained 1qt. for head space(add later)
OG 1.104
Pitched

Day 2: SG 1.034 Aerated...added 1/2 tsp. SNA...topped off w/1qt. leftover
Day 3: SG 1.014 Aerated
Day 4: SG 1.008 Aerated...stopped fermenting...started clearing within 30 mins.(i thought something went wrong) put it in frig
Day 6: Racked...clearing well
Day 8: Cleared!!! Pulled 750ml out....wow...so clear
Day 9: Today...Drinking it...OH YEAH!!!!
