Yesterday, while I wasn't looking, the sneaky little fairy folk that live in the Amazon (what else can they be...right?) dropped off a box of wonderful.







I'll document the process later today! Making the JOAM exactly as the recipe says. I have 6 pounds of honey, so to make the second batch I'll have to wait for the third bottle to arrive.
 
Tropic bee honey is my amazon subscribe and save honey so that I always have honey around in the event I run out of my bulk honey, need a bit to top up a carboy, or want to experiment... It has saved my butt on a few occasions.

I'll most likely be seeking out a local beekeeper, although at least it's Florida honey, but I like to patronize local (driving distance) when I can.
