Heya there guys and girls. My first batch of JAO Is underway, and I am planning my second one now. I did the first by the book, but as I am not a huge fan of spices in beverages, I was wondering if making a JAOM without the spices would have a negative effect.
I know that the recipe is designed to be used as is, this my reluctance to omit the clover and cinnamon.
